Poll: Is traffic important to your websites?

It can be easy to get sucked into the idea that the only measure of success for a website is for hundreds of thousands of people to visit it every day. And for sites that are paid for through advertising, this may be the case. But traffic isn't everything. How do you evaluate the success of a website? Personally, I have some sites where I measure success through page views and others through how seldom the owner calls me (if they call, there is a problem with the site). I have also measured success in online sales and in my own satisfaction.
